Error in my Xbox rewards account!

My account on Xbox rewards is not up to date, when I go to indicate friends says I do not have any, which is not right. How to solve?

Has anyone else got $6.00 free from microsoft on 360?

I was going to purchase a few games from xbox live on my 360 and I went to add a credit card and saw that for some reason that microsoft put $6.00 into my microsoft account and thought that was just from the rewards program. But I happen to check another account on my xbox 360 that i didn't even use the rewards program with and have just purchase one game with that account and it also has $6.00 in that account also is Microsoft given out $6.00 to us or what is the deal?

 

This item cannot be transferred between profiles

I'm borrowing my friends xbox 360, and I logged in to my xbox account. I started up Red Dead on the Xbox One, but my saves were not there, so I went to transfer my red dead saves to the cloud on the 360. I'm logged in to the account that bought the game, but it still gives me the error message.

 

Support will double check it, but only friends who are eligible for refer a friend will show. So your friends may have already made purchases or have already been referred.

 

I know my account is outdated because in addition to not showing my current friends, when I log in to Xbox rewards my old player image appears.

The referral list will only populate with friends who are eligible for the offer. We use Xbox 360 data for your gamerpic, which is why you may be seeing a former image. You will have to log in on your 360 and change the image there to see it change on the
Rewards site.
