    Error in my xbox live


    This morning I have entered a code for 3 months to my account in my xbox one, and now I want to play but it put me a message of "become a gold member" but in portuguese, and in my account said that I have the gold for 3 months.

    the question is:

    what can I do for solve this problem?

    I already turn off the XBOX ONE, mmm I delete my account from my xbox and put it again

    honestly xbox one x is a pos when it comes to network connections

    i also enjoyed the network outage a week or so back where live was just unexplainably down for everyone. nope no technical errors to see here my xbox works perfectly 100% of the time! says the xbox lobby

    Can't sign in to my account.

    Think xbox live is down I'm getting same error. Service status timed at 22:18 says check back in 30 mins for update

    Fifteen Dollars lost, don't have my Map Pack.

    I don't remember exactly the error code but it started with 801 and error occurred. I will try to contact Phone Support as soon as I can but I will try what Xbox Support said to me on Twitter as well.

    I looked over the error codes and I limited to the ones I think it was.

    I can't pinpoint the exact one since they are all similar.

    (My payment option did work, it was paid through my Microsoft Account)
