Error in messages from my console

Good afternoon, my console will not let me send a and "error in my account" appears, but I entered the page of xbox to which they say me and I do not know how to solve this problem.

Original Xbox 360 E74 error message- Solution

If your Xbox 360 has failed because of the E74 error, you’ll see the following message on the screen when you turn on your Original Xbox 360 console:

System Error. Contact Xbox Customer Support.
E74

If you see this error message, you must repair your console. The warranty period for the E74 error is three years from the original purchase date of the console. If the warranty period expires, you’ll have to pay for the repair.

Is there an error that appears when sending messages on the console?

A suggestion here, attempt to follow our Why can’t I send messages from my Xbox One or the Xbox app? article.

Thanks for reaching out and keeping us updated regarding the messages not sending. Please try to sign into the Xbox App then send a message to someone. Does messaging work on the app?

If it does then try a
soft reset on the console.

Xbox Button on controller (don't hold, just press it) >
System > Settings > System > Console Info > Reset Console > Keep my games and apps

Let us know if does not work with either of these options
