Error in displaying the number of my games

Hello guys,

Since months ago I have a problem with my account. When I log in from my PC on my Xbox profile at my games section, it shows me that I have 132 games, sometimes that I have 131 and from what I can see, the number of the games keep decreasing on the display.
2 weeks ago I bought a game and after a week, because of this error, it dissapears and I can't see it on my games section. Did I loose all the games or is just an error in diplaying mode?

It is definitely most likely a display error. Once you purchase a game, it is yours forever.

You could try clearing your internet browser's memory cache to try and fix it. (Clear cache by going to settings>Choose what to clear)

EDIT: Do the games at least show up on your Xbox? or are they gone from your Games List, as well?

Hello Alex,

Sorry for the issue with games displaying. This is definitely just a glitch, as I have seen this happen to me also. You can always check your order history also, to make sure game still says purchased.

When you attempt to update your console and you receive the error message, are there any error codes displayed (such as six groups of four number)?

I followed your above mentioned steps.

It is now appearing in my ready to install tab, however the same error code still displays on attempting installation. Given the number of people having the same error I'd say its not on our consoles end.
