Error in customization. I Can't change the background on Xbox One

Can not customize my Xbox One. In the navigation pane, to go into customization, this transparency can not be changed, try to change the background and the color is useless because it does not change. .

What should I do?

I'm having trouble uploading background images in club customization.

Yes I need your help! I'm an owner of a club and recently I've attempted to change my back ground to a screenshot. My problem is that when I go to club customization; change background; screenshots, none of my pictures will load for view. I've attempted
going through the dvr to edit the club background but the task doesn't complete and no error message is given. Tech support told me to remove my profile; remove power source and then wait. I continued to restart my Xbox one s and upload my account but the
issue hasn't resolved. Is this heard of?

Transparency only works when using a custom or achievement art pictures or screenshots.

I am having the same problem. I went to change my custom background an my xbox one s and now can't use anything. I get the same thing either the system recognizes the flash drive and can't find anything on it or it doesn't recognize the drive at all. Is
this affecting playing music it the background too? Thant was a big inclusion of this recent update.

At this time, dynamic backgrounds are only available on the Series S/X and can't be customized. If the video you saw was done on a One, then the person doing it is doing something that violates the terms of service.

If you are on a Series S/X, when you go to settings and change your background, there's a section for dynamic backgrounds.

It seems that a custom image is only application from options via using an image from your Xbox One or upload an image from a USB drive.

I have solved the problem, I believe. It was the custom background I had chosen failing to load, not the home screen.

When I replaced the image with a different one from a USB stick the problem went away.

Solution: change custom background image. I had to use the smart glass app to bring up the settings On the Xbox one.
