Error in changing gamertag on xbox one

Hi, i have error in trying to change gamertag in xbox one. Please fix it.

Error changing my gamertag.

Hello. I tried to change my gamertag from Xbox and when I enter on "Change Gamertag" I get an error code. I searched that error code and it says that the console can't download content from server but my console is connected to internet. However when I try
to change my gamertag on webbrowser, I am asked to pay 10$ but this is my first gamertag change and the first one is free... I can provide the error code I get if needed.

 

8015401D Error Message

Error 8015401D. I've had this error (or a similar one to it) but it was for gamertag changing (Which Xbox Support didn't know how to fix, so listen up Microsoft) all I did was change my email. I don't know if it will help you out. But it did for me. (HEAR

What error occurs? Are you sure the new gamertag is not in use?
