Error in CDRM stream, expected ‘NEXT’ marker

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

You should contact the insider group about the error.

To get there, follow the path going east out of Falkreath; you will see a marker that leads up to Peak's Shade Tower, continue on the main path going east and shortly after you get by the bandit-ridden overhanging bridge you will see another marker to your
right. Follow it up and you will see a stream coming out of a waterfall. The path then winds up to the west and up the mountain with markers along the way. There will come a point next to a marker where it will seem that you cannot go up anymore, however,
you can jump up the loose rocks, and after that the path becomes clear and will lead you directly to the Bloodlet Throne.

Bloodlet Throne is not an easy place to find as the path leading up to it has crumbled and it is largely hidden. To get there, follow the path going east out of Falkreath; you will see a marker that leads up to Peak's Shade Tower, continue on the main path
