Error in Age of Empires 2 Definitive Edition -- Windows 10

No puedo iniciar sesión en xbox live para poder jugar multijugador, cuando recien lo compre si podía usar todos los servicios perfectamente pero un dia seguí un tutorial en youtube para optimizar mi laptop y despues de eso me sale este error, no sé que cosa haya borrado.

Tengo todo actualizado hasta el día de hoy.

Tampoco puedo iniciar sesion directamente en el xbox game bar.

Le doy click en iniciar sesión no pasa nada.

I have the same problem, impossible to download and install this game (Age of Empires: Definitive Edition).

Same error code : 0x80073CF0.

I'm on Windows 10, up to date, i have more than necessary Go and a powerfull computer.

What does it matter ?

It's not happen with age of empire 2 HD Edition.

The command did not fix the issue. I think I will rollback to Windows 10
