    Hi,

    I am trying to access game streaming from my Win 10 PC to my new XBOX One Series X. Both are connected to a router using ethernet and the network has been configured to be open to numerous ports (88, 4500, etc). Remote play and game streaming are enabled
    on the XBOX.

    When I complete the remote play streaming test on the XBOX, no errors come up (Open NAT, good speeds, updated controllers). When trying to stream from the PC, I get the error "Game streaming is turned off on your Xbox One". This is despite the fact that
    I am able to see the name of the XBOX, its functions (e.g., in "Home", or "Settings", or "Playing game"). When I go to "Test Streaming" on the XBOX Console Companion" app, it takes quite a while to process. Finally, it will return the various levels of streaming
    (e.g., Medium, High), all of which have Xs beside them.

    Please help! I am not entirely sure what to do. I'm not sure the network or XBOX are the issue, as I am able to stream seamlessly from the XBOX iOS app.

    No error message. A dialog box pops up after initiating Game Streaming that says “Game Streaming is turned off on your Xbox one. To turn it back on, go to your console and open Settings > Preferences.”

    Do you get any error messages? If so what are they. That may help to diagnose the problem.

    this is the error i get "we couldn't stream from your console try again later"..... it doesn't stream, besides that I can use the controls from the laptop an operate the xbox one, even turn it off. BTW i have never be able to turn it on from the laptop,
    but i don't care about that.

    Hey i just wanted to chime in case someone else has this same issue.

    When streaming to PC from Xbox One here's this is the process to get party chat to work.

    Turn on your xbox, get into your party and into the game.

    Turn on streaming to PC.

    Turn off your controller and turn it back on and it will work.

    Not sure why I have to do this, but it's the only way to make it work.

    I have had no issue streaming for the past few months. Today I try to stream and it keeps giving me the error "We lost connection to your console." This is just not true. I can HEAR the volume from the game I'm playing even after this message appears. If
    I click ok then the sound goes away. The only thing that doesn't seem to stay connected is the video. I found one fix for it which was to turn off the xbox remotely (through the app). It'll reset instead of turning off. Then hit "turn on" on the app which
    should instantly reconnect it since it's already on. Hit stream and you can stream again. Not sure why this works, but hopefully it helps someone with the current issue.
