Error forza horizon

Estou tentando jogar Forza Horizon (mídia digital) novamente no meu xbox 360, no entanto, na tela de carregamento, o console apenas diz que não é possível iniciar o jogo (DISC pode ser arranhado ou algo assim).
alguém para ajudar? por favor

Getting this error when I try and run Forza Horizon 3 on my PC:

Forza Horizon 3 is currently not available in your account. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001

I reinstalled Forza Horizon 4 without any problems.Only Forza Horizon 5 will have an error.
