    Error for prepaid code - GTA V


    Hi. i ordered from G2A.com a GTA V code and i keep getting this error:

    "We couldn't find your code.

    Try again in a while, or contact the code provider for more info."
    i have tried to redeem it in the website and in my xbox.

    from G2A:

    "We verified the key. It is valid and unused. The Buyer is requested to try activated on Xbox Live website. Afterwards, please confirm that the key was activated successfully.
    "

    "The Buyer is requested to contact Xbox live support in order to determine what's the reason of the issue. Please provide us with a transcript screenshot when they reply. The key has to be mentioned in the exchange."

    what is the problem?

    It sounds as though they either did not activate the code or sent you a used one. If they need a transcript of the conversation then contact support via chat at the link below so you can send them a transcript.

    Just click on the Contact Us option and select Support, not Ambassadors, to speak with them.

    Be sure to ask if the code was redeemed by your gamertag. They can tell you if it was.

    Could you post the specific error message and error code you receive when you try to play GTA V? Error codes will look similar to XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000.
