    I usually have no problems with Xbox Live gold and my account would normally renew the membership itself or I would simply add a new payment option and it would work. Well, my account ran out today or yesterday or so but for some reason, only today, EVERY-TIME
    I try to pay for gold something seems to mess up. I've tried the payment options I already have and all have been declined for some reason. Then when I add a new payment option and use it, it would come up with this stupid response saying "this payment option
    can only be used for as many accounts as allowed" and it wouldn't work. I've tried that with two credit cards already. THEN, when I try to type in any cards or xbox trial memberships it would simply say "an error has occurred" and the error code leads to no
    results. Everything I have tried to simply pay for my membership is not working and it is extremely frustrating. If you really don't want my money Microsoft then I wouldn't give it to you. All supposed "solutions" on the forums or in support lead me nowhere.
    This is extremely annoying and it's not worth my time to mess with something that seems to want anything but for me to simply renew my membership. Please either tell me the instructions to help unclog my ignorant mind and find a solution or please resolve
    this issue because this is really not worth all the stress.

    Haven't been able to sign in all day. Very angry. I pay good money for Xbox Live Gold.

    I just get "Error code 8007065b" Every time.

    I've have an xbox live gold membership for a year now and it got cancelled or something because I didnt pay and now i am a free, or silver member. I undestand that part of the problem, but every time i try to upgrade back to a gold membership i get an error
    message and it wont let me upgrade. this is really frustrating please help

    I am very sorry that you are having this problem. I would recommend that you remove all of the payment information you have on the account and contact you Bank to make sure that there is no block from you buying things on Xbox Store. Since your account already
    hade gold the Trial may not work. To edit your bill options please visit:
    commerce.microsoft.com/PaymentHub
    , There you can find all the options to manage your billing. Please make sure that all the information on your account is the same on your Credit Card, addresses, phone number etc...You can manage that here:
    account.live.com/summarypage.aspx If you could please tell me the error code that you are receiving while trying to buy gold.

    I'm having the same sort of issue here, mine used to renew automatically then it expired and I can't buy it. It says there is a problem with the Xbox service and to try again later, but all the servers are up and running when I checked. The error code is
    80190128, and I have tried all available suggestions.

    I apologies for the inconvenient problems this may be causing. I have looked into that error code: occurs when you try to purchase or download content on Xbox Live. If you have not already tried the following options, please do. If the problem is occurring
    on the Xbox please do the following bellow. Other wise you can manage your Gold at:
    account.xbox.com/en-US and

    commerce.microsoft.com/.../Subscription


    Clear the system cache. To clear the system cache, follow these steps:1.Press the Guide button on your controller. 2.Go to Settings, and select System Settings. 3.Select Storage. 4.Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller. (It doesn't
    matter which storage device you select; the cache will be cleared for all storage devices.) 5.Select Clear System Cache. 6.When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes. 7.Repeat steps 4 through 6 two more times so that you've cleared your

    live in UK and always have). I went back through all settings, and noticed my default region was US, so changed that to UK. I've also double-checked addresses on settings and profiles etc, and everything now correct. I then logged out completely and signed
    back in. Went through the process again but this time the Renewal option doesn't appear and in fact my billing history is showing no purchase transactions at all. I've re-entered my credit card details and tried to buy 12-mth subscription from scratch, but
