    Error Failed to sign up an xbox live profile


    Hi Team,

    We purchased xbox Gears 5, two months back.

    From last two days its started giving me an error.

    """AN ERROR AS OCCURED PLEASE TRY AGAGIN"""

    """Failed to SIGN UP AN XBOX LIVE PROFILE"""

    I tried below options.

    1, logout and login.

    2, Resetting my xbox password .


    3, uninstall and installed the game.

    Any other suggestion, did any one faced this type of error before?

    Open File Explorer.
    Navigate to the following:
    C:\Users\[your profile]\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_cw5n1h2txyewy\AC\TokenBroker
    Delete the Accounts and Cache folders.
    Then try again, please

    1 start up exo zombies and get error message downloadable content has been removed or all profiles signed out

    2 sign out of your profile that has xbox live 3 create new profile (do not sign up for live)

    4 start up exo zombies with the new profile that does not have xbox live (you should get the cinematic and brightness/screen adjustment)

    5 in the exo zombies menu select xbox live and you should be forced to sign in again select your profile that has xbox live

    Greetings DARK!

    Do you receive any error code or message when you sign in with your profile?

    Could you run a diagnostic test to Xbox LIVE, to check if you have a solid connection to LIVE. Browse to Xbox network settings and select
    Test Xbox LIVE Connection. If the test fails to connect, let us know where it fails.

    Also, post up any troubleshooting steps you have tried so far so we don't post up solutions that you have already tried.

    Corrupted Profile

    A corrupted profile in and of itself is not necessarily a cause for concern. Assuming you're signed up with Live, the master copy of your profile is kept on the Live servers, not on your console.



    It sounds like your HDD failed or is failing. If so, you could configure a USB flash drive for use with the console and recover your profile to the USB flash drive.

    Can't connect to Xbox live error code 80151012

    Hey there, what worked for me when this happened was once the profile download failed and the error code popped up I tested my Xbox Live connection which showed everything was working fine and my console could connect to Live.

    -

    After that I was able to download my profile without issue, so see if testing your connection after the failed profile download helps.
