buen día

quisiera que me ayudara por favor, en mi pc compre el juego halo: the máster chief collection todo estaba bien hasta que compre una xbox one x la cual vincule con mi cuenta microsoft, a la xbox one x le compre la suscripción gold y quise comprar la suscripcion
game pass ultimate y no me dejo, me arroja un error el cual dice que cambiara la region de microsoft store, cambie la region y ciudad hasta el idioma lo cambie y no se soluciono el problema. pero ahora no me deja jugar el vídeo juego ni en mi pc ni en mi xbox
one x, en mi pc me arroja el error de "fatal error" y en mi xbox one x sigo con el mismo problema de cambio de región o ubicación y no me deja descargar el juego.

quisiera que por favor me ayudaran ya que no quisiera perder mis avances en el juego, muchas gracias

Hello Andersson,

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have an issue with region. In some cases Ultimate game pass is not available in some regions. So if you changed regions to purchase this, it will cause all kinds of problems. One your games will not work
as most games are region specific. We recommend requesting a call from support to go over the region and subscription with you.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Buenos (días o noches) yo he tenido un problema parecido .Lo solucioné cambiando la región del idioma y ubicación total a méjico ) lo descargue . Luego en idioma secundario le puse español de ESP y LISTO . ESPERO QUE LES FUNCIONE. GRACIAS .
