    First, this account is not
    my official account because I am not able
    access it at xbox.com.
    Follow my problem below:

    On February 20, I changed the region of
    my account USA to Canada,
    and since then I am not able to access
    the website xbox.com or getting
    shopping on xbox marketplace .. is
    giving error when accessing the account, so
    I'm in my other account to report the problem, is there any
    way to undo the migration?

    Nope, it was Stirling.

    You can't change the region using region migrate in xbox.com, signed in as the sons account, it just errors when you try to do it if I remember correctly, or possibly just done nothing (I.e. Had no effect after trying it)

    As you can see by my post above it is now sorted but my lad has lost out on a F1 car that was gifted the other day that he is upset about

    Changing age

    As a child account you cannot use the migration tool you wont get not available I your region error unless yoh have an out of region account

    Changing your locale in the console settings is not the same as migrating your account region. So that could still be why you're getting an error. You'd want to contact support again to see if they can help you with the region migration if it's not working
    on the site and then see if you're still getting the same errors after your account is migrated.

    It's not an error. When you migrate your account region, currency does not migrate with you. The currency is still on your account, but as US currency. You would have to migrate your account back to the US region in order to use the money.
