    I have tried to go through the proper troubleshooting steps but the the screen after reboot won't let me choose anything and then it just completely shuts down after about 10 seconds. It does try to finish the console update first and then is goes the troubleshooting screen. The words on the screen while its trying to update look like its 8 bit and pixelated. I need help. Thanks.
