error E105

so 3 days ago my Xbox froze and i unplugged it turned it on and i got error E105 xbox support isnt much help saying it isnt a code but im clearly looking at it so i did the trouble shoot tried ti reset and when i would hit it all it would do is turn off
my controller and basically freeze that's for both the resets so i got a usb formatted it got the only file that xbox had for me to use i seen a youtube video about there being 3 the 1st for right out of the box the 2nd for having it nd played for a wile and
then the factory reset so i tried the 1st one and nothing happened so i cleaned the usb and tried the factory reset and it gets to 66 and just goes back saying something went wrong im not sure what to do

You'll need to restore your console to factory defaults. The following are the steps for Xbox One.

Starting the steps the Xbox will need to be in the off position

Hold down the bind button on the left side of the console, the DVD eject button, and the power button down for about 20 seconds waiting for two beeps. Once you hear the second beep you will see a boot screen on your TV.

Click on the box that says reset and you will have to chose remove everything. The Xbox will restart and begin to prepare console this will take several minutes.

Once the Xbox reboots and reinstalls the update you will be asked to walk through initial set up like the day you pulled your Xbox out of the box for the first time.

All of your content will need to be downloaded again.
