    So recently my xbox froze in the midst of playing a game and I turned it off and turned it back on only to receive the system error E105.

    I have tried and tried to fix it by restarting and unplugging but it wont seem to go away. Everytime the green loading screen comes up it'll be on for like 2 or 3 seconds before switching over to the restart/troubleshoot options.

    Ive pressed restart and turn off but it still keeps popping up. Idk if i should reset it.

    Also if i reset/restore it will i lose everything or can i get back my saved games through my profile/account?? Cause i have so much progress in 3 of my games and I dont want to fear losing that.

    So if I restore it and put my account back on there will my progress still be attached to my LIVE account?

    I just need help and reassurance cause google doesnt have the answer Im looking for.

    I see E105 here. Factory resetting isn't a big deal because if you pick the selection to keep your games and apps, there is nothing to redownload.

    Same thing here. Mine has also started giving me a startup error "E105". I can hard reset and it will work again for awhile.
