Error E102

Buenas tardes.

Tenía una duda acerca de mi Xbox One. Cuando me dispongo a encender mi Xbox, la pantalla se me pone como en gris y a continuación pasa a otra pantalla en la qué dice "Ha Habido un problema" y me dan dos opciones: una qué es reiniciar la consola y otra opción
qué es solucionar los problemas. Y justo debajo me sale la clase de error qué hubo que es el E102 10030C02 80070079.

Me podrían ayudar con el problema? Muchas gracias y un saludo.

Factory reset error

Im receiving a error code E102 00000C11 80070003 so I decided to reset to factory defaults but was brought to another error code E102 10010C02 8B060007 and tried resetting again but its not working. If anybody knows how to fix this please respond

 

Hi Nestor!

Thanks for reaching out to us with this issue. The error you received is in regard to a system start up error. With error E102, you should attempt to bring up the troubleshooting screen if it is not already visible.

1. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
   
2. Wait 30 seconds, then plug the power cord back in.
3. Press and hold the BIND button (located on the left side of the console) and the
   EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the
   Xbox button on the console.
4. Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
   
5. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the
   BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.
6. The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

Once the troubleshooting screen is visible, you will need to select Reset this Xbox and select
Remove everything. Please be sure to know the credentials (email and password) for yours or any profile that is currently on the console as you will need this to log back in to a profile.
