Error E102 and "Preparing Console stuck at 66%"

So if someone could help me, that would be great.

There was a blackout where i live, and after it, my xbox would no go past the green start up screen. So i tried everything to solve it, and to finish all i tried to Factory Reset the console. But in the middle of process the console froze and i Hard Reset
it. Now i rarely can get to the "Preparing Console" screen, usually the consoles just freezes for half a hour, and sudenlly shows me Error E102. And when i can get past it, it gets stuck in 66%. I tried everything. I would love to try an USB Factory Reset,
but i cannot find the files here in Xbox.com, always shows me that the "page was moved" or something like that.

I would be really gratefull if someone could help me with this. Thank you in advance.

Stuck on 50% preparing console

Hi I don't get an error code it literally is stuck at 50% and nothing will happen. I'm scared to turn it off or anything as I know that can corrupt files so I really am stuck

 

my xbox one won't load up it is stuck on preparing console and the error code is E102

can anyone help me my xbox one is stuck on the preparing console screen and I don't know how to get my xbox back up and running again the error code is E102 and I am not sure what to do? if anyone can help many thanks
