From the console troubleshooter screen you mentioned, please try resetting the console to its factory settings while keeping your games and apps. To do this, select "Reset this Xbox". If the problem persists, you should attempt an offline update by following the procedure outlined in the following link:

If despite the previous procedures you continue to experience the same problem or if you are unable to perform any of the procedures, then it will be necessary for you to create a service order for your console to be properly inspected and repaired.

If your console is not listed there, you will need to register it by clicking on the "Register device" button. Then, you will need to fill in the required information and follow the steps that appear to process the service order.

I have done this through the consooe snd done a full console reset but once i turned it back on i had the same error.
