Error E102 00000C01 80070003

Hi

Had this error showing on my Xbox one S. Then after looking through some posts it seemed a good idea to press the binding, eject and power buttons simultaneously.

After doing this, I got the troubleshoot screen with the "continue", "reset this xbox", "turn off this xbox", "offline system update" (which btw does not seem to be available). However, the "continue box/button" is highlated in green but the screen is frozen and I can not move to highlight the "reset this xbox" button which I think may resolve this problem.

Any help will be lovely pls.

Go to https://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/console/startup-error-solution and scroll down to E102 (your error code) and follow the instructions from
there.

From the console troubleshooter screen you mentioned, please try resetting the console to its factory settings while keeping your games and apps. To do this, select "Reset this Xbox". When prompted, select the "Keep games and apps" option. This will reset the operating system and remove any potentially corrupt data that may be causing the issue, without deleting your apps or games.

If the problem persists, you should attempt an offline update by following the procedure outlined in the following link:

If despite the previous procedures you continue to experience the same problem or if you are unable to perform any of the procedures, then it will be necessary for you to create a service order for your console to be properly inspected and repaired.

In the following link, you can create a service order for your console and use its warranty if it is still valid:

If your console is not listed there, you will need to register it by clicking on the "Register device" button. Then, you will need to fill in the required information and follow the steps that appear to process the service order.

I have done this through the consooe snd done a full console reset but once i turned it back on i had the same error.
