    Hello,

    I just bought my Xbox One today (with Kinect).

    I start it for the first time.

    I see a message to put my Wifi code and I do it.

    Then to update the Xbox for about 2Go.

    I start it, then the Xbox restart by itself.

    Now I have the error E100 00000703 80910012

    I cannot do anything as it's the first screen I have.

    You can be sure that I'me really angry as it's the first time I have a problem for a brand new equipement.

    Moreover I have to speak in english and post my problem to have a support. I don't think that it is very professional...

    I will see how fast it's resolved.

    Here's my problem

    Every time I turn on my Xbox one I get an E100 error (E100 0000070D 8B050001 to be exact) I have tried both of the offline system update files but here's where it gets interesting, when I try to do OSU2 I don't get an E100 error, I get an E101 error. Any
    ideas, help or suggestions?

    Error E100 the first time I lunch Xbox One

    Error E100 is one of the more serious errors indicating a hardware update failure, and that the console will need repair by Microsoft.

    Since it is still brand new, you should return it to your retailer/seller for an exchange. Sending it in to Microsoft for repair could take weeks.

    Next time, I suggest using a wired ethernet connection so the system can download the update without possible interruptions. Wi-Fi connections can occasionally drop, and could possibly corrupt a download.

    I try to update it again with a cable :

    - If I press 10sec on "Xbox" button, I can retry to choose my country and update again.

    - I download it by cable

    => Same problem

    The problem is that it was the last xbox with kinect. The store don't sell it anymore. So it will be dificult for a replacement.

    How to have a real support person from microsoft?

    Update

    OK, this is the second time in two or three months that the system update causes the e100 error. The first two steps of the update are ok. When it reaches the third step it crashes and troubleshoot apppears with the e100 error. This is becoming annoying.
    Fix your updates. My console is not the only one with this issues due to a recent system update.
