Error during claim a Xbox 360 game with gold.

Hello,

I get an error when I try to get the free Xbox 360 game included in "games with gold".

I had the problem with Splinter Cell Conviction so I didn't get it.

Now, I have the problem with Dead Space 3.

The error title is "Server error in / application".

Can you claim Xbox 360 free gold games on the internet without actually having a 360?

I have an Xbox One and I got Xbox Live Gold. I am getting my free Xbox One games. I don't have a 360 (never had one), and would like to claim my free 360 games as well on the internet. When I try to claim my free monthly games, I get an error message
saying that I don't have a 360 registered. Well, again I only have One and never had a 360. Since I am already paying for Gold, can I still claim the free 360 games? I ask is because Sony lets people claim their free games, regardless whether one actually
has a particular console.

To claim 360 games with gold for xbox one you need to have linked with the account a valid method of payment, credit card. In this case a purchase of 0,00$ is registered while claiming the game.

Since the account is that of a minor and not allowed to purchase online, it cannot claim the 360 games with gold for xbox one.
