Error Downloading Xbox Live Profiles

I have bought an Xbox 360 2nd hand from a friend. I have successfully downloaded my Xbox Live profile to the console but all of the children's email addresses produce the same error message, as follows:

801540A9 - Xbox live profiles can't be downloaded right now.

There are several posts relating to this which seem to suggest a conflict with the Microsoft accounts being part of a family safety set-up. I was pointed to

this one by an Ambassador. It's 2 years old, and doesn't solve the issue.

I have deleted one of my children's accounts from our family but the error still persists.

I assume that 2 years on, there must be a solution - but I can't find one.

Red Dead Redemption Error Message Help

I popped in my copy of RDR and everything went fine, but when I got to the main menu it stated I had to download a profile in order to save.

So I sign in, get the "hi Tony72495!" message, and it starts downloading my profile info.

Then when it gets to about 75%, an error message pops up that says "Sorry, Xbox Live profiles cannot be downloaded right now. Try again later" and I'm kicked back to the start menu.

I'm using the 2 disc GOTY edition of that makes any difference.

the best Error code :80151909

The problem is: Error 80151909 occurs when playing games after signing in xbox live and never occurs when downloading my profile . support.xbox.com/.../error-code-lookup just shows the way to solve downloading profile condition which is useless.

Hey there AiryBadge!

Can you try adding your children's Xbox Live accounts to the Xbox 360 console again? We think your family settings were being affected, somewhat

similarly to this. We fiddled with things on our end are hoping that it fixed the hiccup and will allow you to download the profiles now.

Keep us posted either way. If that worked, knowing it did will help us as we try to figure out the larger issue at play. If not, we'll have to try something else.

This is the message I get...though I'm trying to update an Xbox One not a 360. Error 8007045D occurs when downloading your Xbox Live profile on Xbox 360

You see the following error code and message when you try to download your Xbox Live profile:

Sorry, Xbox Live profiles can't be downloaded right now. Try again later.

Status code 8007045D

This means that an error occurred during the download.

no..no....... only my profile not connects to live .......

I can create a new profile or download another profile usually they connect the xboxlive .... more my profile not connect in xbox live

I withdraw from my hd box ...

and try to download it again for live

and appears this error 801540b7 .......

obs: not be possible to download it from live or update it

I was in the house of a friend of mine and I tried to download my profile on xbox360 and it appeared the same error...

hey ! I have a problem with loading the profile of a live network. I deleted my profile and tried to re-download my profile from the network and get the error 8015000A. ''Sorry, Xbox LIVE profiles can't be downloaded right now. Try again later. Error 8015000A''.
