    Every time my some tries to download the upgrade to play online it gets part way though it (21% has been the furtherest) and then an error message appears. Wifi is definitely connected. We have tried resetting it by turning off at the console and unplugging
    at the wall but still no joy. Not sure where to go for help. Thank you.

    HBO GO STOPPED WORKING!!

    Anyone having issues since downloading the Xbox Beta upgrade? I've deleted and redownloaded HBO Go, cleared the cache, keep getting the error message. So irritating.

    downloading issue

    stays in the downloading mode for hours since windows 10 upgrade. Please advise

    UPS! Error trying to download the upgrade

    So now I bought a broken piece of equipment and have to wait for repairs on a new item, or will MS send me a new console?

    I don't want a repaired item, I bought a new item.

    HOW LONG will this take to get it back and fourth / swap out consoles?

    I did pay for the two year extended warranty from Game Stop but from what I hear I can only use that once to receive it in 48hrs.

    So I don't want to burn that bridge right now and lose my extra year.

    The wife just upgraded to Gold yesterday and was so disappointed that she couldn`t download any of the apps. Everything she tried kept coming up with an error code.

    All she managed to download was the free game with gold.
