Error Downloading Recently Purchased Content

Okay so on the Xbox website I recently purchased R.U.S.E to play it with a friend. Now the only problem is, it got to about 50% and then stopped, giving me a "Can't download R.U.S.E" error. It's done this in the past with other games such as Sniper Elite
V2, which did finally completely install. Forza Horizon errored out before too, but it worked on the second try. Now I have tried redownloading this game at least five times, and I'm still trying as I type this, and it won't even budge past 0% without giving
me that same error constantly. I live in the US, all my purchases before have worked, and I have no idea what is going on. Somebody please help. And I'm not looking for a refund, I just want to be able to play this game.

Quick Edit: I've noticed that the completion bar will jump to 100% and right after it does that it will error out, although it will still sometimes error out while staying right at 0% and I have no blasted clue what's going on with it.

Destiny will not download

I recently purchased the disc version of destiny, and when I go to install it, transferring content works, installing updates works, but the "downloading from Xbox games store" is not working. Please help me.

Usk is very specific and picky with game content and they have the most strictest of rules a lot of UK content isn't allowed in Germany that's why you are having issues

 

Ok do you the continential us or a us foreign base or territory

Not all territories like guam or puetro rico should up as the us and bases use local isps not us connections

Also what is your internet connection type and your speedtest.net result

 

I'm continental US, and most downloads work fine. Connection type, I'm guessing that's something to do with NAT, it's open.

The ironic thing is that the download actually finished later that night and hasn't been giving me any problems so far.
