Error downloading games over E rating

Im not in a family i have Checked my age is over 18 i can't download a single game i want to play would be really helpful if someone could help

Are you trying to download a game on your PC? If all of your privacy settings are allowed here https://account.xbox.com/en-US/Settings and you are trying to install a game on your PC, please try these steps.

Open Settings then System -> Apps -> Apps & features -> look for Microsoft Store and click it. ->The advanced options link will appear. Click it. -> On the next page, click on the Reset button to reset Microsoft Store to default settings.

After that, kindly sign out and sign back in on the Microsoft store app and Xbox app.

The game itself is rated M, but anything you share over Live has to be E rated basically.

Hallelujah! I'm too young to download M rated demos yet, but this game is E, I believe. Yes!

Yes but other games will have higher ratings. Such as Teen or rated to over 13 or 18. To have the E rating (which I am not sure if it exists still), there can be NO risk to be exposed so therefore chat isnt in the game. Unfortunately, this is a decision that is made, it could change in the future but no one here will have that information.

While games may be rated M for Mature, Live is rated E for everyone. A game's rating only restricts who can purchase the game, not necessarily who can play the game.
