    Hi !

    i downloaded Just dance 2014 from xbox store today using my microsoft account money.

    but before it showing in the active downloads i accidently pressed 'B' .

    now it is not there in active downloads.

    i tried redownloading .but it says "can't download justdance 2014" please help.

    I cant play rainbow six vages 2

    So i just download this game and for some reason i cant play it bc it said the disc need clean it pretty much has the same error when you got a disc inside but it no disc it downloaded. Why is it saying that error tht i got a disc insside what could i do for it can work.

    But this has being going on for at least four months so I'm sure the marketplace errors in the status would have been fixed by now

    Sorry to hear it. Did you try restarting the download from your download history (Settings>Accounts>Download History)?

    Also, which country do you live in and which country is your gamertag set for?

    What is the exact problem?

    Do you get a can't download error?

    If it's a can't download error then go into the hard drive and delete the partial download for Mafia II

    Then download again but they time stay on the active downloads screen.

    There is a bug that if you try to download a game on demand in the background while playing another game or an app or just browsing the dashboard, you get a can't download error.

    Until this bug is fixed you should stay on the active downloads screen while downloading games.

    Removing the temporary files on your console might solve the problem. After you have cleared the cache, try the update again. Lets Get Started By Following The Step By Step Procedure. Please Keep Me Updated Dear Chap!.

    To clear the system cache

    1. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.
    2. Select Storage or Memory.

    1. Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller. (It doesn't matter which storage device you select; the cache will be cleared for all storage devices.)
    2. Select Clear System Cache.

    1. When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.
