Error downloading a game that i bougth

Good afternoon, i bougth the Lego Star Wars: Complete saga, 1 year ago. So yesterday i was downloading the game to my new xbox 360, after the game download i try to play but it did'nt apear, so i went to the hard disc and search for the game, but it aperars
"game damage", i try to downloaded 2 time but it say "game damage" what can i do?

I have a american xbox one and i had bougth a fallout 4 that have permission to download "brazilian" fallout3 . in the redeem code, it gives me an error of setting. ive tried to change that and still gives me an error. what can i do?

 

I did't recive the Tokens of all collection of Gears of War

One month ago I bougth the Gears of War 4.

At website they said that I would recive the full collection of Gears of War, However I did't recieve.

How, and when, I will recieve theses tokens with the codes for downloading?

let's try a few things:

1. please remove the game completely also remove any other partial incomplete or corrupted files from the storage device.

2. Clear the console cache 3x via Settings - System - Storage, highlight a storage device and press Y and select the option to clear the cache

3. Restart the 360 console

4. Clear the cache one more time

5 Download different items (like demos) that are at least the same sime of Lego Star Wars: Complete Saga.

6. When all are downloaded, check if they run

7. Download the game Lego Star Wars: Complete Sage
