    idk how to report this so I'll report it here but I have a game that is on disc, clean is not scratched or broken in any way and I've to download content along with the disc, the issue is it will not download it freezes Everytime in the middle of the download
    and I've tried everything to get it to work, the game is the division and the error code is: 0x87E00064. I've done everything that xboxlive tips would tell me it just doesn't work in the game store it's telling me to report the problem and so that is what
    I'm doing now.

    When I go the the Xbox Store and put in my access key the download shows its unavailable

    So...Division Beta "bundle" is a different download than Division Beta? Just asking, because I too, downloaded the "Division Beta" from my games list of items "ready to install" last night. When I went to launch the Beta this morning, it was asking for permission,
    "Do you own this game/app?" and asking me to sign in to Live. I suppose I'll look for this "bundle" when I get home from work.
