    Error Disc dont Initialize !!!!


    Hello fellows from Microsoft, my name is and I from Brazil.

    I send to you this letter, because I am very dissatisfied about the problems

    of game disc of Xbox One !! Well I try every method to check about my console, talk

    with you people of support here in Brazil and all this turn in to a disappointment.

    First: After all tests I discovery that the problem of the disc dont initialize, its because

    of the disc itself !! So this is not right, the support told me that if the game disc is

    from Microsoft "Microsoft Studios" they can send me a code to download the digital version

    in period of 3 mounths of Warranty. But i dont wanna the digital version !! I want my disc !!!

    So if after 3 mouths the game disc start to do a problem, I lose the game !! This is ridiculous !!!

    Second: If the game disc dont belong to Microsoft Studios and present some problems I have to claim

    repayment from the developer of the game !!? They have nothing to do with this !!! The problem isnt

    the game, is the **** disc !! This is not right !! You are responsible for the distribution of the discs,

    you hired the company to make the discs, the disc have your name in the cover, so dont blame the developers

    for error discs in Xbox One.

    Third: You should not force people to buy games in digital version, I am a old school gamer and i want

    my game in disc !!! If want to force people to buy games in a digital version why in the beginning of

    this generation you only sold digital games ? Why you distributed the games in fisical media ?

    Fourth: I love Xbox one, but because of this things you lose for your competitor Sony PS4, I have PS4 also and

    until now i dont have any problem with my game discs. I prefer Xbox One, have lot of the games from Xbox One,

    more than PS4, but you have to give a Warranty more solid to people of Xbox one.

    I dont no, maybe give a download code of the game if is prove that the disc is with defect, but not only 3 mounths !!

    Here in Brazil the games are very expensive and because of bad raw material of the disc, you cant play, you loose the game,

    you dont have waranty, you have to go back of developers of the game that dont have support in other countries !!!

    Well if you unleast solve the problem of the discs I'll be happy !! Please give me a feedback

    Upgrade dashboard, but solve the problems of the disc ?!!

    Hey guys, you made a lot of ugrades on XBOX ONE, but until now you dont solve the problems of discs !!!

    Sometimes my disc dont initialize this sucks !!!

    Disc Problems !!!

    Hey guys, anyone can please solve this **** problems of error with discs, I cant take anymore, everytime that I put some disc to play my Xbox dont open the game, the disc continuos to roll and roll and the **** game dont initialize. Can you guys of support
    please !!! Resolve this problem !!! I try everything !!! Turn off with the finger in the Button and wait for 5 seconds, disconect the cables, test the internet, and this **** problem goes on and on. With my PS4 this dont happen !!! I put the **** disc and
    least then 15 seconds I already playng !!!!
    You have to do some upgrade the system, or do something !! Icant take anymore !!!!

    my xbox series x does not recognize the xbox 360 halo 4 play disc, isn'tsupposed to be backwards compatible?

    Already done with the reset and still with same error. I have other xbox 360 discs, but i think they are not backwards compatible. However i was able to initiate install pf Halo4 using disc 1. Does that count as successfully reading a disc?

    0x803F8001,     would you happen to own the game on disc? If you’re playing a disc-based game, insert the game disc into the Xbox console. If the disc is already inserted, see
    Troubleshoot problems playing a disc on Xbox One. If you happen to have bought the game digitally, then please make sure that you are signed into
    the same profile used for the initial purchase.

    Hmm, interesting. So it plays OK, but gives you an error message when you try to re-install? Honestly, let's just try doing what the error says. Here's instructions on cleaning the disc:

    Xbox one not installing new games.

    Yes I have an external hd 2tb. It is all set up.

    I insert a new disc and the Xbox will not initiate the installation process.

    It took me 3 months to finally get Kingdom Hearts 3(used) installed.

    I received Star Wars squadrons (new)

    And when I insert the disc it won’t initiate the install process either.

    I get no error messages and I’m confused as to why there is no manual install feature.

    Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks

    XBox 1 not accepting disk
