    Xbox One Controller will no longer work with Xbox One

    I downloaded the Xbox One controller PC Drivers, and now my Xbox One controller will not work with my Xbox One. I've tried the connecting it again with the connect button on the controller as well as connecting the USB to Micro-USB cable to the Xbox.

    Hey there -

    Can you try connecting your controller using a different USB cable to see if that works? Also, can you try reinstalling the drivers on your PC to see if that helps please? If you're not sure how to reinstall, we have a guide on

    Did you install the proper driver package for your computer?

    support.xbox.com/.../controller-pc-compatibility

    You can find out which one you need by right clicking on Computer from your desktop and selecting Properties. The page that pops up should tell you if you are running a 64 bit or 86 bit system.

    I'm running a 64bit system and unable to use my xbox one contoller on the pc, any help? Already installed the correct drivers
