    error connecting to multiplayer

I have my xbox one setup wireless and havent had any issues till the last few days.

I went into setup and network.

Nat is moderate and all services are available.

Tested my multiplayer connection and it said

There are no problems with your connection for multiplayer.

    Press LB RB LT RT

    and it says

    Download speed - 15.43

    Upload Speed - 0.46

    Packet loss - 0%

    MTU - 1480

    Latency - 214

    Wireless Strength - 100%

Detailed NAT information - Your network is behind a cone NAT

    Status code - 0x40002000064

back out of that and it changes to Open NAT but still not able to connect to multiplayer and loses the ability to connect to party chat as well.

Please help error connecting to multiplayer :)

    :)

cannot get a teredo IP address

    Hey there mczero,

Sorry to hear you're having an issue connecting.

Just to double check, have you tried our troubleshooter for
    Xbox One Multiplayer Errors
? It has several suggestions for that particular error code.

Please let us know and we'll work from there.
