Error connecting console to Xbox app

- Restart the Xbox app: Close the Xbox app on your device, then open it again
- Verify your account: Make sure you're signed in to the Xbox app with the same account you used to enable remote play from the console.
- Restart your mobile device and console: While your mobile device restarts, press and hold the Xbox button on the front of the console for 10 seconds. Once the console turns off, press the Xbox Button on the console to turn it back on. Then try the setup process again

G'day crow! Is there any other info with that error message in Smartglass? Can you please verify the following:

• You're using the Xbox One Smartglass app, and not Xbox 360 Smartglass.
• Smartglass is enabled on your Xbox One console.
• Your console and your device are connected to the same network.
• You've tried connecting automatically as well as manually entering the console's IP into the app.
  
• You're signed in to the same profile on both the console and the app.
