    I have a problem with my gold. After I confirm my 3months gold is written " Something went wrong" and it;s said that i have to try later. It's been 3 days and I am still trying to confirm my code. Can anyone help me with?

    It wasn't confirmed, it just had "backwards compatible" listed next to it in the list of games on sale. Which as explained, was put there in error. There was no official announcement or confirmation of it becoming supported.

    The Service is down, so its preventing people from using any codes until the status is resolved.
