Creo que hasta el día de ayer tenia el ultimate, tenia activada la facturacion recurente pero me llego el cargo de la renovacion y no tengo el ultimate, consulte el historial de pagos y tengo el ultimate en estado pendiente,

Me aparece que se renovará el dia 23 de noviembre, sin embargo ya estamos a 26 de noviembre y no me acepta, intente cancelar la suscripcion y volverla a comprar pero no me permite, cuando selecciono cancelar se desactiva la facturacion periodica y me dice
que perderé el acceso a la suscripcion el dia 24 de noviembre pero estamos a 26 , y despues lo vuelvo a seleccionar me dice que para cancelar me ponga en contacto con soporte y me manda a una pagina que no me dice nada,

y por ultimo intente comprarlo nuevamente como si la ubiera cancelado y no me deja, dice que el problema esta del otro lado,

necesito ayuda
