error codes trying to have me take a break from xbox live

Same here. Trying to stream Tomorrow... In SD. 66% watched and this error code pops up. I had two hours where I was gonna take a break from studying for finals and now I'm spending it really frustrated and it is no longer a break. Thanks Zune.

code search and enter '80153410' into the search bar. Then try the 4 listed suggestions and workarounds! Let us know if this helps solve the issue.

That error code means that the code has already been redeemed. Try Testing your Connection to see if it was applied to your account or not. If not, you are going to have to take it back to the retailer.

I also have this problem but instead of freezing i get a message with error code and on the bottom of the screen it says disconected from xbox live and takes me back to the screen to enter my email. sorry i could not answer and not trying to thread hijack
but letting you know i'm having to same type of problem

Attempting to redeem on the 360 console gave me the error code that I looked up below:


You see the following error message when you try to redeem a gift card code on Xbox Live:

Can’t retrieve information from Xbox Live. Please try again later.

Status Code: 80122725

This means that the card was not activated at the retailer.


Clearly she'll have to return to the store in the end. Thanks for the reply.
