    When I try opening the Ubisoft app it says getting your game ready, this may take a minute or two. Then it brings me to “Something went wrong, give it another try. If it happens again let us know by entering (The code that doesn’t work) at Xbox.com/errorhelp
    so we can investigate. You might find help for your task here on Xbox. From home, press the menu button on your controller,then choose help.” I went to the website and it said nothing matched that code. The help thing doesn’t work. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled
    and it still doesn’t work. Please help

    Microsoft looking into Error Code 0x8004888d

    I haven't seen this error yet, but a lot of people aren't able to connect to live. Maybe you are among the people suffering from error code "0x8004888d". It pops up whenever someone tries to sign into their account. So far the news is that Microsoft is working hard to fix the issue. So are you having the problems?
