Error codes can't sign in

Hello

I attempted to get onlone and it said I had to input my email and password for security reasons then after I did it didn't want to log on and gave me the error code 800705b4 so after trying solutions on other forums on here I ejected my disk and tried it
again then I got the error code 80151103 so i looked that one up and followed instructions on that forum I deleted my profile and cleared the cache in an attempt to fix it and now I still got that error code and it won't go away. What is the point of giving
error codes if you don't know the exact cause or fix to them? It makes no sense.

I see you've attempted the typical troubleshooting steps. However, as of the time of this post there is currently a
known issue for Time Warner Cable internet customers
which is preventing some of these users from signing into Xbox Live. Please advise whether or not Time Warner is your internet provider, which may explain this issue.

Yes I have time warner and the first code wasn't solved it just changed to the second one.
