    Error codes 0xc03f300d 0xc00d11cd (0xc10101000c)


    I have installed Microsoft games and am not able to access them. Same error code and messages.

    "Your purchase couldn't be completed".

    I cannot sign into Xbox games either. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, updated, made sure updates were automatic and followed all the different suggestions as to how to fix this problem. I now see that there are many many other people experiencing the
    same issues. Please find a remedy for this problem.

    So what did THEY do in order for all of us to have issues?!? I am getting error code 0xc03f300d and 0xc00d11cd (0xc101000c) Can someone tell me what that means?

    What is up with these games?

    ok, so I am kinda happy and kinda not... I was able to download the Microsoft Jigsaw and that made me really happy ... only to log in and see all of my collections gone... talk about lifting up to be dropped... did anyone else get back on?

    I am having the same issue. I had to reinstall my default settings for another problem. This is not the first time I have had problems with Microsoft games. Will await a reply like you!

    Can't sign in to xbox games app on Windows 8.1, error 0xc00d11cd (0x80004005).

    HI Tnort09. When your trying to log in is it with the Xbox App or with a specific game? Are you also experiencing error code: 0xc00d11cd (0x80004005) or is it a different code?
