    This morning after getting kicked out of numerous bf4 games with a "lost conn message" I checked my multi player connection. Showed an error code of something like " 04x000000000000000000000000 but showed my internet conn as all good? Was this something
    to do with the update? My friend has had no problems

    Cannot redeem codes

    Anyone else havin a problem. Its accepting the code and displaying what its for but when i click to download i'm gettin an error message everytime with no specific error codes. ***!

    I got this code the other night too. I had just gotten a new cable modem from Comcast and set the firewall at medium. If I tested the internet connection it would say it was good, but when I tested the multiplayer, I got this error code. Set your firewall
    to low and you should be good.

    Thanks alot microsoft now because of you having crappy severs I cant enjoy gta online heist atleast during my day off now I have to wait even longer just to enjoy it the one day I have to time to enjoy online you guys *** up and on top of that I pay money
    for online to get good service but all you people do is provide crap service you *** make me wonder if I should have gotten a playstation 3 rather than a xbox crap 360 atleast with playstation 3 wouldnt have to worry about wasting money on crap online service
    whats the point of having players spending money in gold if the xbox live service keeps having so many issues I swear if the psn servive has less issues than gold than you guys might as well stop selling xbox or atleast stop making players waste money on gold
    at all if this is the case make video game online service for free so I dont have to waste my harden on crap servive anymore

    this is happening to me also, but my error code is 0x80a4001b

    But when I put the code in to the error code search it says there's no error code like that.

    Fifteen Dollars lost, don't have my Map Pack.

    I don't remember exactly the error code but it started with 801 and error occurred. I will try to contact Phone Support as soon as I can but I will try what Xbox Support said to me on Twitter as well.

    I looked over the error codes and I limited to the ones I think it was.

    I can't pinpoint the exact one since they are all similar.

    (My payment option did work, it was paid through my Microsoft Account)
