Cannot redeem codes

Anyone else havin a problem. Its accepting the code and displaying what its for but when i click to download i'm gettin an error message everytime with no specific error codes. ***!

I would like you to try a system rollback to re-install latest update:

To reinstall the latest Xbox 360 update, follow these steps:

1. Clear the system cache. To do this, see the "Clear the system cache" section above.
   
2. Roll back and then reinstall system updates. To do this:
   1. Press the Guide button on your controller.
   2. Go to settings and select System.
   3. Select Storage.
   4. Enter the following button sequence: X, LB, RB, X, LB, RB, X.
      
   5. Select the option to roll back all system updates that are installed. The console will restart automatically and then download the updates again.

The first number in the error message (4476) tells me, that your console is already on the most up to date version (17526) according to

The second number 0000 should show the version of the update the Xbox 360 wants to install. However, since the most up-to-date update is already installed, it can't find any newer version, which causes
that error.

Unfortunately, that error can happen on Xbox 360 consoles with built in 4GB flash storage, if the flash storage and the system software becomes corrupt.

Now would be a good time to back up your savegames to the Cloud storage, in case the storage drive fails completely, causing you to lose all savegames!!!

Try the following:

Insert an empty USB storage drive into the Xbox 360 USB ports, and go to the settings. Under storage have the USB drive formatted as a storage device.

Then follow the instructions from XBF Brad A to (hopefully) clear the corrupted system update from your console, restart the console and try to install the update to your console.

If necessary, try to do an offline update using a SECOND USB drive with the 17526 system update on it. Go to How to Update Your Xbox 360
and follow the instructions under step 5 to prepare an offline update on an USB stick.

If that also fails, I'm afraid the console is defective, and since Xbox can't service Xbox 360 consoles anymore, your only option then would be to buy another Xbox 360, or upgrade to a Xbox One, which can
play an increasing number of backwards compatible Xbox 360 titles.
