    its not about the xbox one, its about the xbox one s. I wanted to play minecraft, but it won't turn on, but then, it said that my xbox wasn't responding and to turn it off. It gave me a code witch i forgot so i turned it off and turned it on again. But
    this time, it didn't turned on.i checked the cables and they were all connected. I turned it off again and left it for a few hours to see what happened. Microsoft, is this a glich or is it normal? Because i bought it about 2 days ago.

    Credentials error

    credentials? isnt that like your accont info?

    Try to go on xbox.com and sign into it and see if u have any messages. might just need to verify an email or something

    error code???

    This sounds similar the problem we had with our new xbox one s and Minecraft. I unplugged the power cord from the box for 10 second, plugged it back in, and then things turned on normally.

    Error Code when trying to log in

    this is happening to me also, but my error code is 0x80a4001b

    But when I put the code in to the error code search it says there's no error code like that.

    I forgot to add this link, the error codes are given for a reason, you may find it handy if you get error codes although not every error code gives a possible solution.

    Fifteen Dollars lost, don't have my Map Pack.

    I don't remember exactly the error code but it started with 801 and error occurred. I will try to contact Phone Support as soon as I can but I will try what Xbox Support said to me on Twitter as well.

    I looked over the error codes and I limited to the ones I think it was.

    I can't pinpoint the exact one since they are all similar.

    (My payment option did work, it was paid through my Microsoft Account)
