Error code XBOS-3013 - can't redeem codes or make purchases

    Error code XBOS-3013 - can't redeem codes or make purchases


    i can't redeem codes or make purchases directly with my debit card since Dec 1st. Never had this problem before.

    I've spoken with chat support twice twice and they assured me it's a known issue and that the engineers are working to fix it ASAP.

    I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

    Xbos-0x80169CF9

    Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

    same issue here with error code 3013

    I can't redeem codes or make purchases for 3 days. Support says they know about it and are working on it.

    Can't redeem groove free 3 month code

    I can't seem to redeem my free 3 months groove music pass. When i try to redeem it, all i get is "Something went wrong" and then an error code. This is the error code-

    So I went onto the actual webpage and redeem code that way and now get this error message

    Gold cards not working

    Same here, online I'm getting "XBOS-3013" or "XBOS-3008" error codes, on the Xbox Android app I'm getting similar codes to the Xbox One which are like "XboxPurchaseInvalidPaymentInstructionId". Very annoying, been on chat to help all morning to no solution
    yet and my chat has just been disconnected and I'm no back to being 38 in the queue. The system recognises the code fine, and it comes up stating it's a 12 month code, but these errors appear the minute you hit "Redeem" or "Continue".
