    I have tried multiple times to redeem my code for Tekken 6, for pre-ordering Tekken 7, and it keeps giving me the error code XBOS-3012. I have been trying for two days now with no luck. When I try to redeem it using my Xbox One, it says that I have to change
    my region language and don't know why I would have to do that. I am currently deployed in Iraq but originally from live in North Carolina. Any help in fixing this issue would be really appreciated.

    Doom 1 pre-order code from Doom doesn't work but the Doom 2 code did.

    Hi there,

    Remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
    http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
    http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.

    After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

    Also check that the Xbox Live account, the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues to.

    If the regions don't match then the only fix will be to change the region, but keep in mind that changing regions can have other (unwanted) effects and it's advised not to use a region that is different from your location.
