    i tried this code a few times and unsure what is wrong. I did it on my comp and through my xbox360. Did the cashier need to activate the card or is it activated just by the code itself. I am new to this so any help would be great.

    I have the same problem. My prepaid 3 month code is not working. I am confused of this situation. I paid for something what does not working!! And when I was looking for error code explaination, search bar did not find it. Microsoft, come on and fix it!!!
