Error code when trying to redeem

Promotion Details: I purchase the the far cry wild expedition pack, both of the codes i put in give an error code (Xbos-0x80153005). ive talked to support on 3 separate occasions. ive tried redeeming these codes on xbox 360, xbox one
and on xbox.com. Ive also tried on the AUS region (my region) and US region. Ive also migrated my account on xbox.com and i still receive error codes. Support said explicitly that the promotions team will be able to send me new region free codes (chat Ref.
# [Mod Removed]) after i post on these forums with my problem.

Date of Purchase: 10/04/16

Games: Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon, Far Cry Classic.

I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

I chatted with support 4 times, first time she said it was xboxs issue side not my side then give it 24 hrs, so i did, didn't work same error, Then i chatted again, the guy was great and did a whole bunch of stuff, he said there has been issues on accounts
that did the november promotion, well he fixed that and my pc froze so didn't get him again..the last tech i spoke too was kind of rude and said even though it doesn't show xbox outage, it still their side, try again 72 hours...i told him, i should get something
like a comp month or something because im wasting im paid for. he told me i could use a card to play but i don't have money to tod that BECAUSE I SPENT IT ON MY PREPAID CARD!! Has anyone hard this problem recently? ive tried redeeming
every link i could find console and pc. hellp!

 

Error 80153005 occurs when you try to download content on Xbox Live
Problem

You see the following error message when you try to download content on Xbox Live:

Can't retrieve information from Xbox Live. Please try again later.

Status code: 80153005

This may mean one of the following:

• The content offer is no longer available. For example, a game demo is no longer available.
  
  Note You might also be unable to download content because of a network connection issue. To verify that you can access all Xbox Live features, see the “Solutions” section.
  

Solutions
Solution 1: Verify the status of the service and your connection to Xbox Live.
Follow these steps:

1. Go to Service status to check for any current issues with the service.
   
2. If there are no reported issues with the service, wait a few minutes and try again.
   
3. Run the Xbox Live connection test:
   1. At the Xbox Dashboard, select settings.
   2. Select System.
   3. Select Network Settings.
   4. Select your network.
   5. Select Test Xbox Live Connection.

Solution 2: Try to download the content again. Search Xbox Live again. If you can’t find the content, the content has probably been removed from Xbox Live. Check periodically to see if the content has been made available again.

Solution 3: Verify your subscription level. Here’s how:

1. Click Sign In at the top of any
   xbox.com page (such as this one).
2. Enter your Microsoft account information, and then click Sign In.
3. Click My Account.
4. Under Xbox Live, verify your subscription level.

Thanks for the advice but none of this works. I've been given this link numerous times, the games are still downloadable on xbox, I have xbox live and have tried multiple times over the past few months. The chat stated numerous times that someone would email
or message me a new code for the two games.
