    Error Code when trying to add 3 month xbox live code


    I received a
    3 Months Xbox Live Gold Membership code in September or October, when I try to enter the code, receive a error code "XBOS-3014 d9c163b1-f428-42c1-bff3-76f555a61f89 2017/01/08 - 21:48:01 UTC." I have been trying since and keep getting the code. I ordered
    the code from Bing rewards program.

    I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

    Xbos-0x80169CF9

    Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

    Could someone help me deal with this problem.

    I'm trying to add the 3 months free to my Xbox live account and every time I do it comes back with this error code and I don't know how to fix it. I got it for free when I bought the 3 months membership card and it got me a 3 months for free. I was able
    to redeem the card code but the code printed on the receipt comes back with this error code.

    The expiration on the receipt says is good until Feb/2019

    Please help me
