  2. error redeeming cold code

Should be a different error code on the console. What does the text say? Is there an error code starting with 8?

  3. E200 error code when starting up my console

I actually posted this a few hours ago, but it couldn't post due to bad internet problems, and the situation is still continuing. I have tried several times with my internet on also.

    Error code when starting console

Hi, this may or may not work but please give it a try.

    .

Error C005-3002 occurs when you try to update your Xbox 360 console
    Problem

You see the following error code and message when you try to update your Xbox 360 console:

Can’t update your console. Please visit www.xbox.com/support.

    Status Code: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-C005-3002

    Note The x digits vary.

Your console experienced a problem during the update process.

    Solutions

    • Solution 1: Retry the update after ejecting the disc tray. Here’s how:
    1. Eject the disc tray and remove any disc from the console.

Important Do not close the disc tray. Leave it open.
    2. With the disc tray open, remove the power cord from the back of the console.
    3. Gently push the disc tray about halfway back into the console.
    4. Plug the power cord back into the console.
    5. Push the power button on the console. The tray should close the rest of the way, and then the console should restart and display the Xbox Dashboard.

Important Do not use the controller button or the disc tray eject button to turn on the console for this step.
    6. Try updating your console software again.
    • Solution 2: Request a repair: If the previous solution didn't resolve the problem, go to the
      Online Service Center and click
Start Request to request a repair.
